At Dali by Raazia, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at support@dalibyraazia.com along with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
  • Full-price online purchases can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale Items

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
  • Full-price items purchased before a sale can be exchanged during a sale period, but at the newly marked-down prices.

Returns & Store Credit

  • In case of a return, customers will receive an e-store credit voucher with 1-month validity.
  • Cash refunds are not offered.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color or texture between actual products and online images are natural and will not be treated as a complaint.

Prepaid Orders (Refund Processing)

  • For prepaid orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed after the product is received at the Dali by Raazia warehouse.
  • Refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
  • We appreciate your patience during this process.

International Orders

  • For queries or complaints regarding international orders, please email us at support@dalibyraazia.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • In case of a verified product defect or shortage, an e-store voucher with 1-month validity may be issued.
