Exchange Policy
- If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at support@dalibyraazia.com along with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
- Full-price online purchases can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Sale Items
- Sale items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- Full-price items purchased before a sale can be exchanged during a sale period, but at the newly marked-down prices.
Returns & Store Credit
- In case of a return, customers will receive an e-store credit voucher with 1-month validity.
- Cash refunds are not offered.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Minor variations in color or texture between actual products and online images are natural and will not be treated as a complaint.
Prepaid Orders (Refund Processing)
- For prepaid orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed after the product is received at the Dali by Raazia warehouse.
- Refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
- We appreciate your patience during this process.
International Orders
- For queries or complaints regarding international orders, please email us at support@dalibyraazia.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
- In case of a verified product defect or shortage, an e-store voucher with 1-month validity may be issued.
