Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong size/color)

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed as:

  • Store credit, or
  • Exchange (depending on availability)

Cash refunds are not offered unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images/videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
